Apartment Prices

Our apartment is available on weekly rents. Rental periods usually start and finish on Saturday but out with the peak season we are flexible on arrival/departure days and length of stay. If your stay is for longer than 2 weeks please ask for special rates. All prices are per property per week and are in British pounds.

Many property owners now quote what we call a “Ryanair Price” ie they add a lot of extras to the initial price. Additions frequently added are for cleaning, late arrivals, air-conditioning, welcome pack, gas etc etc. Please note our prices are FULLY INCLUSIVE and the price you see below is the price you will pay. WE DO NOT ADD EXTRAS.

OUR PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE AND BASED ON 2 GUESTS – Additional guests are charged £50 per guest per week.

Welcome Packs

A small welcome pack will be placed in the property for your arrival with our compliments. The pack will contain tea, coffee sugar, bread, butter, milk, water, beer, orange juice and red wine. If you wish a larger welcome pack or different items please just ask and we will just charge you the difference. We can also arrange flowers, champagne, chocolates etc. for you.
