Our villa is available on weekly rents. Rental periods usually start and finish on Saturday but out with the peak season we are flexible on arrival/departure days and length of stay. If your stay is for longer than 2 weeks please ask for special rates. All prices are per property per week and are in British pounds.

Late Summer Deals

We still have a few weeks left this summer for our Villa in Javea. For every available week between now and the end of August we will offer a discount of a MINIMUM of £100 per week.

Special Note on Casa Amanecer price

For parties of 4 or fewer guests a reduction of £100 per week will be made.(This reduction does not apply to our low season tariff). If you wish to accommodate a 9th person an additional charge of £50 per week will be applied.

  • Services of our British Agent in Javea who has full repairing authority just in case something breaks down
  • Laptop computer with Broadband Internet Access and SKYPE headset (from September)

Welcome Packs

A small welcome pack will be placed in the property for your arrival with our compliments. The pack will contain tea, coffee sugar, bread, butter, milk, water, beer, orange juice and red wine. If you wish a larger welcome pack or different items please just ask and we will just charge you the difference. We can also arrange flowers, champagne, chocolates etc. for you.
