Casa Amanecer is an air-conditioned holiday villa with private pool superbly located in the exclusive Balcon al Mar area of Javea on the Costa Blanca of Spain about 200 metres from the Cap de la Nau lighthouse. The villa enjoys an elevated coastal position and from the private rooftop terrace visitors can enjoy uninterrupted views across the Mediterranean sea.

The villa sits in a large fully enclosed, gated plot making it private, secure and ideal for families with young children. There is ample off street parking and plenty space for guests to relax by the pool, play, drink wine, eat, sleep and enjoy their holiday!

Guests enter the villa through a glazed sunroom or "naya" (pictured below right) which is furnished with easy chairs and a dining table and chairs. There are two doors from the naya; one leading up to the roof top sun terrace and the other into the large lounge (pictured below left). This bright and sunny room with its high beamed ceiling and traditional Tuscan stone arches leads through to the fitted kitchen.

From the lounge an archway leads into a hallway off which is a master double bedroom, equipped with its own private facilities comprising a double shower, wc and washbasin, a twin bed room (2 single beds) and a large bathroom (bath, wc and washbasin). The upper level sleeps 4 or 5 if the sofa bed in the lounge is used.

On the lower floor, accessed by a separate door, is a further double bedroom leading to a twin bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom and breakfast kitchen.

All four bedrooms have air conditioning.

Unusually, for a holiday villa in the Costa Blanca, the villa also benefits from full central heating for the winter months. There are fans in all the rooms. All the windows have security grills and mosquito nets to allow you to sleep in comfort and safety with the windows open if you prefer fresh air to the air-conditioning.

There is a large garden surrounding the house. The private solar heated swimming pool is 8x4 metres with Roman end steps and underwater lighting. It benefits from year round solar heating, its own enclosed shower and large sunbathing terrace. A nice feature of this villa is the covered BBQ kitchen with seating area and table. There are ample sunloungers, chairs and tables in the gardens.
