If you would like to stay for two or more weeks please just make your booking before the 30th November 2011 and you can knock 10% off the weekly cost. Remember also our prices are already FULLY INCLUSIVE.
Did you know that if you wish to stay for two months or more in the winter months we will let the villa for just £995 per month plus bills?
Prices
Our Villa is available on weekly rents. We do not stick to set changeover days or 7/10 day bookings. We will alwasy try to accommodate your arrival day preference and length of stay. If your stay is for 2 weeks or more we offer at least 10% discount. All prices are per property per week and are in British pounds.
Many property owners now quote what we call a “Ryanair Price” ie they add a lot of extras to the initial price. Additions frequently added are for cleaning, late arrivals, air-conditioning, welcome pack, gas etc etc. Please note our prices are FULLY INCLUSIVE and the price you see below is the price you will pay. WE DO NOT ADD EXTRAS.

Special Note on Casa Amanecer price
For parties of 4 or fewer guests a reduction of £100 per week will be made.(This reduction does not apply to our low season tariff). If you wish to accommodate a 9th person an additional charge of £50 per week will be applied.

Welcome Packs
A small welcome pack will be placed in the property for your arrival with our compliments. The pack will contain tea, coffee sugar, bread, butter, milk, water, beer, orange juice and red wine. If you wish a larger welcome pack or different items please just ask and we will just charge you the difference. We can also arrange flowers, champagne, chocolates etc. for you.
