Who we are
Both properties are fully owned by us, John and Shirley Sloggie.
We started to holiday in Javea with our children some 12 years ago and bought our villa Casa Amanecer, primarily as a holiday home, 9 years ago.
When we sold our UK business in 2007 we spent more time in Javea so bought another house that had not been completed. We completed this two years ago and our self contained Granada Apartment is in the grounds of this house.
We have both worked in the luxury hotel business all our working lives. In September 2007 we sold our 4 star hotel in Peebles - just south of Edinburgh. We now divide our time between Javea and Edinburgh.
We have owned and successfully rented properties in Javea for 9 years. We pride ourselves on our high standards and we apply the same standards to our properties here as we did to our hotel.
We try hard to make sure you have everything you need for a perfect holiday. We pledge to give you a fully detailed quote and, when you book, a detailed booking confirmation. We supply accurate and detailed directions to the properties and contact numbers in case of emergency. The keys are easily accessible so you do not have the worry of having to wait around for an agent. Whenever possible we try to be flexible with arrival and departure times to suit your travel arrangements.
We always supply you with our home address and land and mobile telephone numbers so you can be confidentt you can contact us at any time. We are aware that there are some less than scrupulous owners/agents around and we welcome any questions you may wish to pose.
